Tudors ‘keeper Laurie Walker was voted by fans of Hemel Hempstead Town FC as November’s Player of the Month, scooping the bubbly for the second time this season. Laurie picked up the award in August and although early voting for November was going to October’s winner Scott Shulton, a late surge of fans votes were in Laurie’s favour.

November saw The Tudors extend the unbeaten league run with two draws, along with a draw against Bognor in the FA Trophy and subsequent defeat in the replay. Laurie was presented with a bottle of bubbly prior to Saturday’s home draw against Concord Rangers, a good day for Laurie as he was also picked as Man of the Match thanks to his performance between the sticks keeping Hemel in the game.
